Dilla crowned as the first winner of Malaysia’s Most Beautiful (MMB). Her greatest competition Jessy received less sms votes thus making her the runner-up. I was discussing with friends until morning on the outcome of the Malaysia’s Most Beautiful (MMB) show.. sort of like autopsy of the show la.
Here some of Dilla MMB with boyfriend, taken somewhere in Kuala Lumpur. They seem in love in most pictures. Anyway, we hope Dilla will success with her modelling career and her future. Just remember, as popularity growth, you will always in public eye and mouth.
Some of the issues raised were
1) how do u define beauty?
2) what do they actually wanna get out of this show – pretty face or pretty attitude?
3) can a physically ugly person not be beautiful personality-wise?
I think next time Malaysia’s Most Beautiful (MMB), they should at least set better criteria.. beauty with brains n a good heart. Beauty is not just tall, no blemishes, dazzling smile, paper-thin.. it’s more than that. Everyone’s beautiful but can the degree of their beauty be measured by just a 3-month stint on reality TV? The organizers should also look at their background and family n friends to make sure that they r not fakes.
But if they just wanna find someone who can sell their products simply by smiling, go ahead.. make the same mistake again.
